Welcome

Hello, and welcome to my homepage. My name is Brett Almond, and for over 30 years I’ve walked a shamanic path — one woven with sweat lodges, plant consciousness work, big shamanic dance ceremony, fire ceremonies, sharing circles, and Ancestor work. My offerings are rooted in connection: to the land, to spirit, and to each other.

Much of my work takes place in group settings, and many of my events can be found on Eventbrite. I’ve also recently begun sharing on YouTube, where I speak especially about plant consciousness — a subject close to my heart.

The Work
At the heart of what I offer is a deep curiosity — a longing, really — to explore the inner landscapes of our being. I believe that as we journey inward, we also expand outward, touching the Vast, infinite nature of life itself. And it is within this Vastness that peace resides. Grace. Bliss. Connection.

When we work deeply with a specific plant, we begin to attune to its unique consciousness. That relationship, like all sacred relationships, invites us to explore new layers within ourselves — revealing different medicines, memories, and truths held in our own cells.

I believe we are born of the stars and the land — that both are our inheritance and our home. Through deep ceremonial work — like fire ceremony and sweat lodge — there comes a moment of Union, a place where we blend who we think we are with the all that we truly are… and meet the Great Mystery.

The Invitation
Whether you attend an event, watch a video, or simply walk this path in your own way, I invite you into deeper presence. Into authenticity. Into sharing — when you feel called — from the truth of who you are.

In my groups, there’s never pressure to speak or perform, only encouragement to unfold. Because when we show up just as we are, bit by bit, something beautiful begins to happen: life becomes more whole. More meaningful. More alive.

I believe it’s possible to touch the Vastness of life while living fully here on Earth — to walk between worlds, rooted and expansive, human and divine. And though the Great Mystery deepens as we approach it, it also opens. It reveals beauty, reverence, and the quiet wonder of being alive.
